The District Band Night Concert will take place at 7:00pm Wednesday, April 24 in the gym at MVHS. Come and support Murrieta Valley’s high school, middle school, and elementary school music programs. The concert is free and open to the public.
Congratulations to all members of the 2013-2014 Instrumental Music Program at Murrieta Valley High School. Results are listed alphabetically by last initial. The ensemble placement and chair placement is also listed.
This is the ensemble placement for the Fall 2013 semester. Students will have the opportunity to challenge “up” within their section, however are not allowed to challenge “across ensemble.”
We look forward to working with each of these young adults and applaud them on their effort throughout this process. We are ready to embark on the next chapter of the history of the Murrieta Valley High School Band and Color Guard program and are thrilled you have chosen to be a part of that.

On Tuesday, April 23, the Temecula Claim Jumper will host a Community Support event to benefit the Murrieta Valley High School Band and Color Guard Program.
Download, print and bring this flyer to the Claim Jumper restaurant at 29540 Rancho California Road in Temecula for lunch or dinner on Tuesday, April 23, and the restaurant will donate 15% of your pre-tax food and beverage purchase to the MVHS Band and Color Guard.

2013-2014 Audition Placement Times
Please click on the tabs by day to find your audition time. Please arrive at your audition, one audition time earlier than posted. All auditions will take place in the Band Hall Office (Mr. Anderson’s office). If you are unable to make your audition time, you must notify Mr. Anderson by Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at the latest.
2013-2014 Ensemble placement results will be posted on the Band Hall doors by Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 7:30am. GOOD LUCK!!
Please plan on joining us at 7:00pm on Monday (March 11) in the Murrieta Valley High School Teacher’s Lounge for our monthly Booster Meeting. We will be conducting the vote for our new Booster Board. We will also be discussing end-of-year activities and plans for next year’s fundraisers.
This is the meeting that you definitely do NOT want to miss if you want to give input as to the direction that our new board takes. Please come and share your ideas regarding next year.
A raffle drawing for Starbucks’ cards will be held at the end of the meeting. We look forward to seeing you!
